The president of @ Your Request is Annette Jackson. Jackson’s background includes administration, hospitality, sales, customer service, event planning, marketing, and public relations for Internet and technology startups, government, corporate, and consumer clientele. She earned her master’s degree in public relations and an undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing from Golden Gate University.
Her years of experience in planning events, and later working in public relations for a high-tech PR agency opened her eyes to all the important tasks that have to be addressed daily, yet most professionals find it challenging to complete their "to do" list. This includes not only their list at work, but also their list of personal tasks after a full day at work. Jackson saw a need for personalized concierge services and started @ Your Request in 2001.
@ Your Request is a one-stop shop designed to provide customers with an array of services. From the time a customer calls, faxes or submits an online request for service, our objective is to deliver quality service that exceeds expectations.
@ Your Request will do everything that is legal and moral on a client’s "to do" list for a reasonable fee. Companies can also offer our services to their employees or clients.
@ Your Request is dedicated to discretion and confidentiality. All of our personal assistants are screened and researched before they ever come in contact with our clients. No client’s name or personal information will be released, sold or otherwise distributed.
